Clariant exhibited with a 120-square-metre stand at in-cosmetics 2015 in Barcelona – the leading international trade fair on the subject of cosmetic components. Martin Schmitt Architektur designed and developed the booth for Clariant, which innovatively drew attention to theme of foam. At the trade fair, Clariant introduced GlucoTain, its latest product. GlucoTain’s innovative sugar-based surfactants pamper the senses with a range of individual foam structures – from fluffy to rich, and light to caring.
GlucoTain was presented centrally and highly functionally with a 5.70-metre long exhibit table. The highlight was a sunken bathtub, which was developed in collaboration with the artist Dieter Lutsch and drew the curious glances of visitors. With this unconventional form of presentation, the new product could be experienced by all of the trade fair’s visitors – touching the foam from GlucoTain in its finest form. With an additional washbasin and a built-in touchscreen, the product was displayed using an informative and interactive approach.
The presentation area was bordered by two portals that provided further information, films, and animations about the product.
The rest of the booth was characterised by a clear, high-quality design, which featured a central presentation area with meeting tables, a kitchen, and meeting room.
