The assignments for the historic villa properties at Schwielowsee are manifold: the work involves planning the future for the historic villa of the family von Simson with its extensive gardens, for the former staff house, and for the elongated orchard.
We were entrusted by the owners to analyse the spatial structures, to develop an urban planning concept, and to integrate the existing buildings into an architectural redesign. Here, it is also a matter of determining the interests of a variety of stakeholders and developing proposals on how a sense of tradition and economic necessity can be reconciled.
